Job Description

• Assist shift managers in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, maintaining production continuity, and ensuring compliance with plant safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Monitor essential production processes, including raw material melting, centrifuge operations, binder preparation, and flue gas treatment, to support stable and efficient plant performance.
• Prepare production reports, technical summaries, and process analysis documents to evaluate performance, identify operational concerns, and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with process engineers, quality personnel, and other relevant teams to ensure production activities follow approved procedures and technical specifications.
• Observe operating conditions throughout the shift and assist in adjusting process parameters when necessary to meet production requirements.
• Identify production-related challenges and work with technical staff to support timely troubleshooting and effective problem resolution.
• Communicate significant production updates, process deviations, and operational concerns to shift management and relevant departments.
• Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with established work instructions, technical standards, safety requirements, and plant procedures.

Job Details Experience

• A university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing, production operations, process control, or a similar industrial environment will be considered an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with practical experience using SAP or comparable enterprise management systems.
• Strong attention to detail when monitoring processes, preparing technical reports, and maintaining accurate production records.
• Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and identifying opportunities to improve plant efficiency and reliability.
