Job Description

• Ensure the smooth and dependable operation of production machinery by responding quickly to technical faults and minimizing interruptions to manufacturing activities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspect equipment regularly, and carry out preventive servicing to improve machine reliability and extend equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic issues, identify the root causes of failures, and implement suitable corrective actions.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and automated production systems.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment inspections, maintenance work, repairs, breakdowns, and other relevant technical information.
• Coordinate with external service providers and specialized technicians when additional expertise is required to resolve equipment-related problems.
• Follow approved maintenance procedures, workplace safety rules, and technical operating standards during all repair and servicing activities.
• Work closely with production and maintenance colleagues to identify recurring faults and develop practical solutions that help prevent future equipment failures.

Job Details Experience

• Professional or higher education in Mechatronics
• Good understanding of industrial machinery and its mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams, wiring plans, and system schematics.
• Practical exposure to automated manufacturing equipment or PLC-controlled production lines will be considered an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for maintaining maintenance records, preparing reports, and documenting technical activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify faults and apply appropriate solutions.
