Job Description

• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to gather relevant insights for business valuations, financial assessments, and consulting recommendations.
• Develop and support financial models used in valuation exercises, advisory services, and corporate consulting projects.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to support business assessments and effective decision-making.
• Prepare client presentations, analytical reports, proposals, and supporting documents for meetings and consulting assignments.
• Examine financial statements, budgets, annual reports, and management information to identify important trends and support valuation activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, address information requests, and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Contribute to corporate advisory engagements by performing analyses, assisting with project execution, and preparing high-quality client deliverables.

Job Details Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and present findings in a clear, organized manner.
• Familiarity with business valuation methods, financial analysis, and fundamental corporate finance principles.
• Ability to review and understand financial statements, budgets, annual reports, and other business-related documents.
• Previous exposure to consulting, banking, financial services, or corporate business operations will be considered an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and presentation software for financial analysis and client reporting.
