Job Description

• Assist medical professionals with routine patient care and clinical duties in accordance with established procedures and instructions.
• Prepare consultation rooms, treatment areas, medical instruments, and equipment before appointments and clinical procedures.
• Monitor patients during different stages of treatment and promptly communicate any unusual observations or concerns to the responsible healthcare professional.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of clinical spaces, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are readily available when needed.
• Follow infection prevention measures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Support doctors during consultations and routine procedures by providing appropriate assistance and ensuring necessary materials are prepared.
• Help manage patient appointments and coordinate daily clinical activities to maintain an organized and efficient consultation schedule.
• Assist with updating patient files, recording treatment information, and completing basic clinical documentation as required.
• Handle patient information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality while interacting respectfully with patients, doctors, and colleagues.
• Perform general clinic support activities and undertake additional clinical or administrative responsibilities assigned by supervising medical staff.

Job Details Experience

• Completion of secondary vocational education in Nursing, along with a valid professional nursing certification.
• Previous experience in a hospital, private clinic, medical center, or another healthcare facility will be considered an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and careful attention to cleanliness, infection control, patient safety, and clinical procedures.
• Polite and professional communication skills, with a respectful and patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to protecting patient privacy, maintaining professional conduct, and contributing to a safe and supportive healthcare environment.
