Job Description

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows, efficient resource utilization, and achievement of established business objectives.
• Lead store employees by assigning responsibilities, monitoring productivity, maintaining discipline, and promoting professional conduct and excellent customer service.
• Ensure proper execution of store opening and closing activities while following security protocols and internal control procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment orders to maintain product availability and minimize inventory shortages.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, handling, and transfer of merchandise in accordance with company policies and inventory management standards.
• Track sales performance against assigned targets and identify practical ways to improve store productivity and operational results.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory balances, stock transfers, product movements, and related transactions.
• Review sales reports, product assortment, and purchasing patterns to support effective stock planning and store performance decisions.
• Work closely with sales, inventory, and customer service teams to coordinate activities and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and operational concerns professionally, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.

Job Details Experience

• Secondary specialized education or a higher academic qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, store management, supervision, or a similar leadership role.
• Practical computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, along with experience using 1C or comparable inventory and accounting software.
• Attention to detail when managing inventory records, reviewing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with store procedures.
