Job Description

• Contact clients by phone to understand their financial needs, income sources, outstanding liabilities, and overall credit profiles.
• Guide applicants through the financial application process, ensuring all required forms and supporting documents are completed and submitted correctly.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by providing courteous assistance, timely responses, and consistent follow-up throughout the application journey.
• Review and verify customer information to support financial eligibility assessments and ensure applications meet the relevant requirements.
• Follow up with applicants to communicate progress, answer questions, address routine concerns, and guide them through outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate document verification, application processing, and completion of required procedures within expected timelines.
• Develop professional relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage satisfaction, ongoing engagement, and client referrals.
• Protect confidential financial and personal information by following company policies and maintaining appropriate standards of data handling.

Job Details Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience in banking, consumer lending, credit advisory, loan processing, financial services, or a similar customer-facing role will be considered an advantage.
• A professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive customer data, financial documents, and confidential records.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing accurate information, reliable assistance, and timely service.
