Job Description

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and other assigned items to designated locations within the city, following the given schedule and instructions.
• Take clear photographs of packages, products, documents, and delivery points whenever visual confirmation is required.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, courier services, and transportation providers to ensure smooth handling of daily assignments.
• Perform basic on-site checks by verifying the visible condition and quantity of goods before accepting or handing over items.
• Provide timely progress updates, delivery confirmations, and requested photographs to the relevant team after completing each task.
• Stay in regular contact with team members through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram to receive instructions and share updates.
• Ensure all packages, documents, and company property are handled carefully, transported securely, and delivered to the correct recipients.
• Assist with routine logistics, collection arrangements, and other field coordination activities to support daily operations.
• Immediately report delays, damaged goods, missing details, incorrect quantities, or delivery-related issues to the assigned supervisor.
• Maintain basic records of completed collections, deliveries, inspections, and other assigned field activities when required.

Job Details Experience

• Intermediate-level education or an equivalent qualification.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to complete assigned duties accurately within the required timeframes.
• Regular user of WhatsApp or Telegram, with the ability to read messages, respond promptly, and communicate task progress.
• Must own a mobile phone with a working camera for taking and sharing photographs; basic photography skills are an advantage.
• Trustworthy and careful when handling parcels, confidential documents, and company belongings.
• Responsible and organized working style, with attention to detail when checking goods, confirming deliveries, and reporting discrepancies.
