Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager with daily operations, project coordination, and follow-up activities to ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Coordinate metalworking-related tasks and help organize operational workflows to support efficient project execution.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized technical documents, project records, activity logs, and important communications.
• Track project schedules and monitor progress against established deadlines while supporting compliance with required quality standards.
• Help identify and address routine project or operational issues, referring complex technical or scheduling concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare project progress summaries, status updates, and basic reports to keep management informed of ongoing activities.
• Track completed work, outstanding tasks, and pending actions to maintain clear records and improve coordination across the project team.

Job Details Experience

• Hands-on experience in metalworking, welding, or a related technical or industrial environment is essential.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques, commonly used equipment, and standard welding practices.
• A dependable and punctual work ethic, with a responsible attitude toward assigned duties and project deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, coordinate with different personnel, and follow established technical instructions and procedures.
• Good attention to detail when handling technical records, project updates, and operational information.
• Willingness to support the Project Manager with routine coordination, progress monitoring, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
