Job Description

• Manage the complete property sales cycle, from initial client inquiries and lead qualification to negotiations, follow-ups, and successful transaction completion.
• Present available properties to prospective buyers, highlight key features, and recommend suitable options based on their budgets, preferences, and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing reliable guidance, timely updates, and consistent support throughout the buying or selling process.
• Prepare, review, and organize sales agreements, contracts, and other documents required to complete property transactions.
• Assist clients with the administrative and legal procedures involved in real estate deals, ensuring they understand the necessary steps and documentation.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations while representing the company with professionalism and confidence.
• Respond promptly to prospective buyers, assess their needs, and convert suitable leads into completed property sales.
• Maintain an organized sales process and ensure clients receive accurate information and appropriate assistance at every stage of the transaction.
• Monitor local property market trends, competitor activities, and changing buyer preferences to provide insights for sales strategies and pricing decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, property visits, negotiations, follow-up activities, and completed transactions.

Job Details Experience

• A completed higher education qualification in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to achieve sales objectives while maintaining positive client relationships.
• A target-driven and results-focused mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Professional appearance, conduct, and customer service skills when dealing with clients and business partners.
