Job Description

• Deliver fruit, food, and catering orders to corporate customers throughout the city, ensuring timely service and adherence to assigned routes.
• Check, arrange, pack, and prepare corporate and event orders before dispatch to ensure correct quantities and proper presentation.
• Inspect all items before departure to verify freshness, packaging quality, and order accuracy.
• Follow daily delivery schedules and keep the dispatch team updated on completed orders, route adjustments, delays, and any unexpected issues.
• Handle food products and packages carefully during loading, transportation, and unloading to preserve product quality and prevent damage.
• Communicate courteously with corporate clients, respond to routine delivery inquiries, and maintain a professional standard of customer service.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch personnel to ensure orders are prepared, loaded, and delivered efficiently.
• Maintain basic delivery documentation and provide proof or confirmation of completed deliveries whenever required.
• Follow company guidelines for safe transportation, food handling, order management, and customer service.
• Report missing items, incorrect orders, damaged packaging, or other delivery concerns promptly to the relevant supervisor.

Job Details Experience

• A completed graduate-level qualification is required.
• Previous experience in delivery services, logistics, courier operations, distribution, or a related role will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to follow traffic laws and safe driving practices while transporting company goods and customer orders.
• Basic communication skills and a courteous, professional approach when interacting with corporate clients and colleagues.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading packages of varying sizes.
• Strong attention to detail when checking orders, handling food products, and confirming deliveries.
