Job Description

• Develop and implement brand marketing plans that support business objectives, strengthen brand positioning, and contribute to sustainable growth.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing activities and social media campaigns across relevant platforms to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and market reach.
• Manage marketing budgets by tracking expenditures, coordinating resource allocation, and assessing campaign costs against expected results.
• Coordinate brand campaigns from concept development to final delivery, including promotional materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and other marketing assets.
• Prepare comprehensive product and campaign briefs for internal departments, sales personnel, creative teams, and external partners to ensure clear objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies and service providers to monitor project timelines, deliverables, execution standards, and campaign progress.
• Organize and coordinate brand events, product promotions, and marketing activities, ensuring effective preparation and smooth implementation.
• Research consumer preferences, competitor strategies, market conditions, and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities for brand development.
• Ensure all promotional campaigns and marketing materials comply with established brand guidelines, messaging standards, and positioning requirements.

Job Details Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, ideally within the automotive sector or a similar commercial environment.
• Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness and the ability to develop engaging marketing concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
