Job Description

• Lead design planning and coordinate team workloads across projects, ensuring priorities, available resources, and delivery schedules remain well managed.
• Improve existing products and create new design solutions that enhance usability, functionality, and the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are practical, aligned with product objectives, and implemented effectively.
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems that promote consistent visual styles and interaction patterns across multiple products and platforms.
• Evaluate user behavior, product usage, and interaction patterns to identify usability issues and recommend meaningful improvements.
• Mentor and support designers by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging continuous professional development.
• Maintain clear records of design decisions, system changes, project updates, and completed outcomes for future reference.
• Participate in product discovery and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to address challenging user experience and product design problems.
• Research and recommend new design tools, methods, and techniques that can improve productivity, collaboration, and creative output.

Job Details Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline, including a minimum of 2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
• Proven experience building, expanding, and maintaining design systems that support multiple products or platforms.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, user-centered design practices, and the ability to develop creative solutions based on user needs.
• Excellent visual design skills, with careful attention to typography, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy, consistency, and overall interface quality.
• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, behavior analysis, and techniques for evaluating digital product experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product, engineering, research, and other cross-functional teams in a fast-paced work environment.
